Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our partner application form, we collect the information you provide: your company name, email address, the primary service you select, and any notes you include. We also collect limited technical data through analytics (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to review your application, respond to your inquiry, and, if you qualify, to onboard you as a vetted partner. We may email you to schedule a verification call or to follow up on your application.

We may record the marketing source that brought you to our site (for example, UTM campaign parameters) so we can understand which outreach efforts are effective. This attribution happens on our server and is not part of the analytics cookies described in Section 6.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your application details with our email service provider (Amazon Web Services SES) solely to deliver and process the emails generated by your submission.

4. Data Retention

We retain application submissions only as long as necessary to review your request and maintain our records. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact method below.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited, approximate region, and device type).

Analytics cookies are enabled by default for visitors in the United States, where no opt-in is legally required. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can opt out by choosing Reject on the cookie banner at any time, or by enabling your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of analytics cookies at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, reach out to us through our contact form. We do not publish a direct email address to reduce spam.
